precisioneffect, the healthcare advertising agency dedicated to working with companies that seek to change the standard of care, is pleased to announce the promotion of Laurence Richards to Executive Vice President, Managing Director and Adrienne Morgan to Senior Vice President, Client Services.

In his new role, Laurence oversees the development and implementation of all strategic, creative and tactical work for clients.  His commitment to working as a true partner, with clients, colleagues and staff has been the hallmark of his long career. Laurence builds and leads high-performing teams by mentoring and having confidence and trust in their abilities. He fosters a culture rooted in an entrepreneurial, motivating spirit that sets people up for growth. His collaborative nature and innate understanding of client needs has fueled 30 years of success for both healthcare and consumer clients including Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Novartis Oncology, Merck, Pfizer, MasterCard, Neurocrine, Teva, BMS, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Alnylam, Kaleo, Amicus, Takeda, and Sobi.

In her new role, Adrienne, a 20-year veteran in the healthcare space, leads the client services team in fostering client relationships, supporting strategic development, tactical execution and long-term health of multiple clients and brands, while contributing to the growth and longer-term vision of the agency. She enjoys the discrete challenges of the life stages of a brand, with particular enthusiasm prior to launch when the insights for the market and the influence for the brand is paramount – though she carries this enthusiasm through all stages. Adrienne is inspired by precisioneffect’s mission, her colleagues – their incredible minds and motivations, and what’s in store for this next chapter of her career and the agency.  She has supported various clients, including AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Epilepsy Foundation, GlaxoSmithKline, Novogyne Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi Genzyme, and Teva, to name a few.

Laurence earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The College of New Jersey and is a proud alumni of the Alpha Chi Rho, Phi Gamma Chi Chapter. Adrienne graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Basis of Behavior and is proud to have been named the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association (HBA) Rising Star 2017.
